Our Mission

To achieve a minimum of 20 academy players per season, aged between 5-11 years, all registered to Blackhall Cricket Club.

To implement a player development pathway that will increase participation at grassroots level and support future progression.

To maintain an open recruitment policy with selected primary schools in Blackhall, Hesleden, Horden, Peterlee and Shotton.

To increase the amount of volunteers in coaching, catering, umpiring and scoring.

To introduce a reward scheme that will inspire excellence and drive the performance of players.

To promote under 11 cricket within our region through the organisation of indoor and outdoor competitions.
